Payment Policy

    • To guarantee your reservation, a credit card is required.

    • We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Guests who wish to pay with an American Express credit card will be charged an extra 5%.

    • The full prepayment is required before arrival.

    • To guarantee your reservation, 10% of the reservation total is required upon booking (non-refundable).

    • The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancelation Policy

    • The 10% deposit is non-refundable.

    • Modifications and/or cancellations can be done 31 days prior to the arrival date.

    • No refund for cancellations done 30 days prior to the arrival date.

    • No refund for early departures or no-shows.

Terms & Conditions

  • All rates are in US dollars per night, based on double occupancy.

    All rates include breakfast, and are subject to a 21% TAXES.

    • A 10% deposit is required upon booking.

    • The minimum stay is 1 nights in Low Season & High Season.

    • The minimum stay is 5 nights during Christmas and New Year’s. (December 20th - January 10th)

    • Check-in time is 3:00 pm — Check-out time is at Noon.

    • Late Check-out after 12:00 pm is subject to availability, and an extra fee may apply.

Children Policy.

Jashita welcomes all families to experience the peaceful atmosphere that distinguishes us from other locations.

To respect all our guests and maintain that harmony, we permit a maximum of 4 children (up to 13 years old) at the same time during any of our seasons.

Children must use the smaller pool and are welcome with required adult supervision between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.

It is strictly forbidden for children to access the upper deck of Pandano Restaurant and the Thousand and One Pool /Terrace.
