This amazing treatment begins with a Mayan Purification, and continues with a few sacks of healing herbs heated to steam, helps you detoxify, releases muscle tension, and strengthens the joints, the therapist will apply the technique of shiatsu with the sacks, followed by a massage for balance.

For the Mayans Chak EK Chuah, English for The Spirit of Cacao was one of the most revered deities of the ancient Mayan culture. The context of the ceremony is an intimate space where the aromatic smoke of the copal and the energy of the plants, seeds, and songs will invite us to genuine liberation, allowing mental clarity with a deep state of relaxation and acceptance of the self.
The Ceremony takes us on a spiritual journey of introspection in harmony with Mother Earth and the Great Spirit. It empowers us to open our hearts and sow an intention. Cocoa allows us to listen to our true selves, releasing blocks, emotions, and thoughts we no longer want to carry. An ancient tradition and a sacred medicine for the body and the soul. We call it El Baño de las Abuelas - the Grandmothers’ bath - which, generation after generation, was believed to restore strength and energy, renovate the muscles, and heal the internal organs.

Mayan Wedding
The Mayan Wedding ceremony is a beautiful, sacred tradition that brings love and spirituality together in perfect harmony. Rooted in the beliefs of ancient ancestors, this unique celebration honors the union of two souls through a heartfelt ritual that has been passed down for generations.
The ceremony includes balché, a sacred drink made from the bark of a revered tree and honey, symbolizing the gods' blessings and a deep connection to nature. Before the vows, a traditional Mayan house is lovingly prepared with wood, flowers, and seeds, creating a sacred space where the couple receives the protection of Mother Earth and the blessings of the ancestors.
Every detail of a Mayan wedding is thoughtfully chosen to honor both the earth and those who came before, surrounding the couple with an atmosphere of love, respect, and connection as they begin their journey together.
